Our foie gras are prepared by Edouard Artzner, Castaing and Maison Godard and the finest you will taste anywhere. The range includes foie gras entier, foie gras mi-cuit, foie gras au torchon et en bloc.

All foie gras listed will be in date well into early 2025 and beyond and can already be ordered for Christmas and New Year. We encourage ordering early as we usually sell out of certain varieties closer to Christmas.
