Foie Gras Mi Cuit

We are very happy to showcase our largest ever range of foie gras mi-cuit with more choice than ever before!  Foie gras mi-cuit are fully cooked and ready to eat, but simply cooked for a slightly shorter time than fully preserved foie gras giving them a fuller taste and very buttery texture, which many connoisseurs prefer.

All foie gras listed will be in date well into early 2025 and beyond and can already be ordered for Christmas and New Year. We encourage ordering early as we usually sell out of certain varieties closer to Christmas.
