Edouard Artzner Foie Gras

We have just received a fresh shipment of Edouard Artzner foie gras. Edouard Artzner, based in Strasbourg are one of France’s oldest (founded 1803) and most reputed foie gras producers and stocked by the likes of Harrods Food Halls in London.

All foie gras listed will be in date well into early 2025 and beyond and can already be ordered for Christmas and New Year. We encourage ordering early as we usually sell out of certain varieties closer to Christmas.
