Dried Wild Mushrooms

Our dry mushrooms are selected for us by a French company called Plantin (also our black truffle supplier) in Provence and our main comment is simply that the quality of the mushrooms is superb. The range includes dried porcini mushrooms, dry morel mushrooms, dried Girolles (yellow chanterelles) and a wild forest mushroom mix.

Picked and sorted by hand, these wild mushrooms undergo a rigorous selection process at PLANTIN. Dried wild mushrooms are a great way to bring the unique flavour of the forest to your dishes. Their lovely rich flavour and bouquet provide unrivalled taste and aroma to any kind of dish.
