Cruscana Seafood Terrines

Founded in 1965, Cruscana specialise in creating luxury crustacean butters based on the recipes of the famous French chef, Auguste Escoffier. Delicious as a refined starter or deluxe canape and the balance and depth of flavour are just perfect. Serve cool on finely sliced toast or crackers with a chilled white wine. You can also add a few drops of fresh lemon juice and some finely sliced dill for an extra flavour dimension.
