Caspian House Selection (Baerii) Caviar

We introduced the House Selection label over 10 years ago. The idea being that we seek out caviar of exceptional price/quality whatever it may be. If we find one better than what we have, we upgrade, which we have done several times now. We are very fortunate to be able to source our current House selection from the oldest outdoor farm in France. It is from pure Siberian (Baerii) sturgeon and it is really very good indeed.

The eggs are similar in size to Oscietra, but are rather darker in colour, some verging towards black. The caviar has a tremendous front-of-mouth flavour so is ideally suited to canapes but is also well suited to being enjoyed at leisure. Even better if you can is the Sibirskye (premium baerii) caviar.
