Caspian Baerii Caviar

This caviar comes from Siberian sturgeon (Baerii). We have managed to secure a supply from one of the oldest and very best regarded outdoor farms in the Aquitaine region of France. Not only that, but we have managed to secure a supply of their very best caviar.

The good sized eggs are dark in colour and are firm on the palate but a little softer than our Oscietra. The Sibirskye gives a wonderful, complex burst of flavour on the front of the palate but lingers much longer than an ordinary Baerii (see our house selection).
