A simply outstanding duck foie gras entier (the best grade available) mi-cuit (slightly less cooked than fully preserved, which gives a fuller flavour which connoisseurs generally prefer) coated with champagne wine jelly.
The result? A delicious foie gras and certainly one of the better ones you are likely to try anywhere. Please note we have limited supplies of these foie gras and feature them only at Christmas.
1 year life/ stored in a fridge – serve cool in fine slices on finely sliced toast.
Serves 4 (normal portion size) or 3 (generous portions). Enjoy with sauternes wine jelly or fig chutney or just on it’s own, served cool on some finely sliced toasted bread or brioche.
